BLOODY SIGN The 3rd Escape, 7" (Blood Harvest 2008) French long running Death/Black pioneers with their latest output "The Third Escape" via Blood Harvest. The two featured tracks on the A-side are very fast and aggressive tunes, which is mainly rooted in the Swedish Black Metal as MARDUK or DARK FUNERAL with some US death metal influences. Sometimes there cames MOLESTED to my mind. Quite strange stuff to listen, but with cool atmospheres and good raw sound. The "Will Of Nothingness" is more my cup of tea, cause it's more structured and not only blasting. Enjoyable, but for me, it's to much black metal and less cool riffs. 500 copies on black wax. |
