Almost all of us in the band have gone through some personal problems, and we all decided to work with the new material on "half speed" until some weeks ago. But now everyone is back on track again!
First of all i would like to say welcome back to our old bassplayer Fredrik:-)

So the Line up today is:
Janne:Guitars and vocals
Mattias:Guitars
Freddan:Bass
Adam:Drums

Some fresh info about how things are going:
Almost all of the material is done, well, i can say about 90-95%.
We just need some time to meet up together the whole band to discuss over a couple of beers and soft drinks, the boring thing with exanthema is that everyone lives in different parts of sweden, me Mattias in Gothenburg, Janne, and of course our old & new bassplayer Freddan:-) who lives in Eskilstuna, and finally our drummer Adam who lives in stockholm.
But probably sometime in mars/april we all can join and talk about the recordings! And i really hope, in late summer we can start recording the new stuff!
Myself, i must say that i´m very optimistic about the stuff we have written this far, some really kick ass deathmetal! It's like turning your watches back 15-20 years!
Real deathmetal never dies...Only death is real!

Well,well! What can i say?! Things are going forward pretty fast here! Me and Janne have done alot of new material, and i must say that this stuff is the best ever made by Exanthema! A couple of tracks finished already. Think that this 10 year long brake with Exanthema have been very positive for all of us involved in this thing. As some of you know, me and Janne have some sideprojects going on as well, and those projects are not forgotten, but Exanthema is right now our no:1 priority! Well, maybe we'll get a new recorded track up here very soon..;-)

After more than 10 years of silence EXANTHEMA is back!
Can't tell you much about it yet, but we'll keep you updated as soon some more news comes out!
